There are 307 soldiers buried at the Normandy American Cemetery in France.  Of those 307 293 are associated with Normandy itself.  The other 14 were from different parts of Europe such as cases where the families wanted both brothers buried side by side in Normandy.

Until March 7, 2026 there is a link where anyone can download the IDPFs for the 293 men associated with Normandy and 382 IDPFs that most likely will match up with those unknowns. 

These is also a Spreadsheet that has notes with information such as height, weight etc.  This took years for me to get to this point.  Now I hope that others will start to match up X-Files with FODs (Finding of Death) soldiers.
